Duration of Listing
Your listing will appear each month and can be cancelled anytime at
your discretion.
Because of the work involved in creating your listing and the ongoing
costs involved refunds are not available.
What does GOprofessionals offer?
GOprofessionals enables consultants to receive new business by way of
telephone calls for appointments from their Directory listing(s) on the GOprofessionals
Directory and the Home Delivery and Services Directory.
In addition new clients are provided with the capability of
making an online appointment with you which is fulfilled either as:-
- a telephone consultation using the
online AppointmentDiary OR
- as a face to face consultation using
the online AppointmentDiary.
Note: If you prefer you can opt to
provide telephone consultations only. Particularly if listing in
areas where a face to face consultation is impractical. It is
anticipated most clients viewing GOprofessionals will make telephone
calls for appointments with telephone consultations becoming more
popular as time goes on.
How does the AppointmentDiary System
work?
If a customer/client makes an online appointment with you they will have agreed
to your terms and conditions you upload to your AppointmentDiary. You will
immediately receive an email confirmation and if required an SMS
confirmation detailing the time chosen for the appointment. Your
receptionist may take this information and check internal diaries. If the time
chosen by the client does not suit, you can contact the client and make an
alternative time for the consultation. There is no need to replace your
existing appointment system unless you wish to do so. The client will
receive an email confirmation and email and SMS reminder.
Note: At your discretion a link to your AppointmentDiary can also be
placed on your web site or on other Directories you may be listed on.

Professionals with
qualifications gained within Australia may apply to be listed.
Professionals must be residents of Australia and will need to supply an
ABN with their application.
Overseas qualifications cannot easily be substantiated and therefore we
regret cannot be accepted.
Number of Listings
More than one listing can be made in different cities providing you are legally able to
provide consultations to people within that state or city.
Your listing(s) will also appear on the established
www.homedelivery.com.au
Directory for Home Delivery and Services. This is a Directory listing
services which can be accessed from and delivered to the home. This is
an excellent vehicle to advertise and promote telephone consultations.
Advantages of pre-booked telephone consultations?
Its a new concept but the advantages are many - its 'green' reducing
travel, ease
of access and time savings for the client, and for you, the
obvious being lower overheads, fill appointment gaps and choice of hours
put aside for telephone consultations to suit
yourself or practice.
Security and the
Appointment System -
AppointmentDiary an easy to use Australian system is provided to take
and manage your lead appointments. AppointmentDiary is a GObookings product.
GObookings products are well established - proven and
reliable with a
satisfied client base
within Australia and the USA.
GObookings clients include a mix of Federal and State Government departments,
medical service companies, lawyers, universities, global
corporations, medium to large and small businesses... all successfully using the
appointment scheduling booking systems as an integral part of their
operations. Security is provided by firewall technology and
128 bit SSL encryption.
Graphics provided
GOprofessionals will need a copy of your logo for graphic
artists to produce a logo banner to be placed at the top of your
AppointmentDiary. This graphic information is taken from your web site. Should you not have
a web site or logo then the artists will create a substitute text banner. You can easily replace this yourself at any time by
uploading a new banner image.
Your Charges - For telephone and
face to face consultations, to establish an
ongoing relationship with the new client you may consider providing
your initial consultation as a shorter consultation say 15 minutes, free
of charge. You can then advise the cost of future consultations. The
likelihood of repeat consultations will need to be weighed by you with
the decision in your hands. For further telephone consultations the
client can use the same
method of booking and you would then bill them by mail or charge the patient/clients credit card when you call to
provide the telephone consultation.
Alternatively you may prefer to not offer a free initial consultation...
the decision is yours.
Charges - The GObookings automated
billing system will charge your nominated credit card a once only $110 setup fee
then $55 a month for each listing
provided on the GOprofessionals Directory web site. This also includes
as a bonus, the use of a GObookings AppointmentDiary appointment
system. SMS are .25 cents for each SMS reminder or confirmation.
Should optional attachments (<1Mb) be made with a booking then a resource
charge of $1.10 cents applies for each
attachment. GOprofessionals and GObookings
AppointmentDiary may increase charges at their discretion but will
provide at least one months notice of doing so.
Booking Charge
To cover GOprofessionals administration costs a small booking
charge is to be waived initially in the interests of establishing
GOprofessionals. It may be introduced at a later stage at the discretion
of GOprofessionals.
Term
Perpetual and you can cancel your listing on GOprofessionals anytime without penalty.
Any amounts owing are to be paid promptly.
Liability - GOprofessionals and
GObookings take no responsibility whatsoever for any losses you may incur or claims
you may make or
claims your clients may make and it is a prerequisite to placing a listing on
GOprofessionals that you must have appropriate professional indemnity insurance. See our Terms

Exclusivity
GOprofessionals intends to provide an exclusive
advantage for its early adopter consultants. For at least the first 12 months there will be a limit of
no more than 8
listings only for each city (based on population) for each category of
consultancy service.
The numbers will be reviewed each year by GOprofessionals and its
professional partners/advisors and may or may not increase.
