User Agreement and Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the User Agreement for GOprofessionals. This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. In order to become a GOprofessionals user, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and information displayed, you may not use or access our services.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the GOprofessionals services indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.

GOprofessionals is essentially an advertising directory for consultants to list their services available as telephone consultations or face to face consultations for Users.
Consultants advertise their services on the GOprofessionals Directory. The User of these services contracts with the Consultant and not GOprofessionals.

The consultants listed on GOprofessionals provide advice to the User.
GOprofessionals do not endorse nor can guarantee the accuracy or veracity of that advice. If required GOprofessionals recommend a second or third opinion should be obtained. The User agrees to use the services listed on GOprofessionals at their own risk.

The user of a consultants services agrees to abide by this User Agreement and Terms and Conditions and also the Terms and Conditions displayed by the consultant or professional at the time of booking an appointment with that person.

Refund of a Professional's Consultation Fee - You will need to request this from the professional who provided you with the consultation. GOprofessionals will not provide a refund of a consultation fee or take any responsibility for what takes place between you and the professional or consultant..

Privacy of the User and the Professional will be respected and data will not be resold or made public by GOprofessionals unless required by law. Unidentifiable statistical data in relation to the numbers of people using GOprofessionals services may be used for marketing purposes 

Please note that each qualified professional listed on GOprofessionals is bound by Australian law and their own professional standards, ethics and qualifications and as such, has a duty of care to supply the User with the best advice they can provide. Each professional has their own terms of engagement which are displayed at the time of making an appointment under a link called Terms and Conditions.

For liability and insurance purposes GOprofessionals states that the consultants listed on the GOprofessionals web site cannot be recommended or guaranteed in any way to provide correct advice. GOprofessionals is merely a directory listing of consultants available to provide advice to the User.

In Addition -

1.      Limited liability:  
GOprofessionals will not be liable for any loss or damages:

      a) In regard to the firewall because third party providers of services such as networks, security systems and firewall maintenance are involved in the delivery of the system you agree to indemnify the Company for any claim directly or indirectly related to, based upon, attributable to or in consequence of any fact or circumstance arising from, or caused by loss of data or a breach in Computer Firewalls or Security Systems, the consequence of which may be (but not necessarily limited to) the following: Contamination by Computer viruses and or the manipulation, destruction, contamination, or loss of any computer data, or for any loss, in consequence of an unauthorized person gaining access to or copying data from any computer system or memory. This clause overrides anything else to the contrary which is expressed or implied in these Terms and Conditions;

      b) if the web site is not accessible for any reason;      

      c) in no circumstances will GOprofessionals, WebStation Australia or GObookings Systems be liable to the User in relation to any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.  

2.                On using this GOprofessionals web site and its services, all Users including consultants providing services indemnify GOprofessionals, WebStation Australia, GObookings Systems, its officers, representatives, employees and agents against any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statue or in tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by any of those indemnified arising, in whole or in part, in relation to their use of the  GOprofessionals Directory.  

3.                Users warrant that they have not relied on any representation made by the GOprofessionals web site, WebStation Australia, GObookings Systems or its representatives which has not been expressly stated in these terms and conditions, or upon any descriptions, illustrations or specifications contained in any document including publicity material produced by GOprofessionals or its representatives or its agents or information provided on the GOprofessionals web site or Directory. 

4.                  You agree to use the services of the consultants available for consultation at your own risk and will read and agree with their Terms and Conditions made available at the time of making the appointment before proceeding with the appointment and taking advice. You understand that the advice you receive is absolutely in all respects between you and the consultant and you agree to not make any claims whatsoever on  GOprofessionals, PsychE-Commerce, GObookings Systems, WebStation Australia, its representatives or agents.

5.                   Consultants understand and agree that they may not receive any telephone calls or appointments resulting from their GOprofessionals listing as the concept is new and not guaranteed in any way to return results. You agree to not make any claims whatsoever on  GOprofessionals, PsychE-Commerce, GObookings Systems, WebStation Australia, its representatives or agents.

6.                   These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Queensland. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there. 

7.                All Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the GObookings AppointmentDiary Terms and Conditions of use, as applicable for use of their online appointment system. Consultants should also read the information relating to the guidelines for listings on the Listing Information page.

8.               All consultants listed on GOprofessionals will be expected to return calls to Users in a punctual manner at the designated time for when the appointment was made. In the interests of protecting all parties please advise GOprofessionals in regard to a particular Professional if a professional does not comply with this basic obligation.

9.                GOprofessionals and GObookings AppointmentDiary may increase charges to the consultants listing rates and charges at their discretion but will provide at least one months notice of doing so.

10.              GOprofessionals takes no responsibility whatsoever for any claims made by the consultant or their clients and it is a prerequisite to placing a listing on GOprofessionals that the consultant providing the consultation must hold and maintain at all times appropriate professional indemnity insurance in place to cover any such situations.

11.               Should changes be required by a consultant for the wording of a Directory listing then a $77 charge will apply to make that change.
